SPECIAL OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS FOR EARLY BOOKING AND LONG STAYS.
Minimum stay: 7 nights.
For requests of overnight stay lasting less than a week (minimum 4 nights. ONLY LAST MINUTES), please contact us and we will be glad to provide you custom quotes.
Rental conditions
Weekly rentals, during high season from Saturday to Saturday. Short stays: 3 nights minimum stay (only Last Minutes).
Prices are in euros and are inclusive of taxes and consumption of water, electricity and gas, use of the private parking (medium size cars: max length. mt. 4,60 x larg. mt. 1,80 x h. mt. 1,65).
Starting for a 3 week stay: a supplement for consumptions of gas, water and electricity is required.
Down Payment to confirm booking and Cautionary Deposit on arrival are required.
Following Services are not included: (unless otherwise stated at the time of booking)
- Compulsory final cleaning (including kitchenette, but not the dishes): € 40,00.
- Heating costs: on request upon arrival. To be paid on consumption.
Optional services: please indicate at the moment of reservation:
Many guests prefer to use their own linen. We have therefore chosen to keep the prices a little lower and to offer an optional linen rental service.
- bed linen: € 10,00 per bed (by change)
WE DO NOT PROVIDE BATH TOWELS AND KITCHEN LINEN
In the kitchen you will find two plastic tablecloths.
The apartments are available from 4 P.M. on day of arrival until 10 A.M. on day of departure.
Check-in: from 4 P.M. to 7 P.M. I will contact you before the arrival to define the check-in time.
Check-out: until 10 A.M. on day of departure.
- Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
- Barbecue is not allowed.
- NO PETS ALLOWED.
Cancellation policy:
- In the case of booking cancellation the entire amount of down payment is due.
